BYMK ships orders within Qatar and selected international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:
- Qatar: 1–3 business days
- GCC Countries: 3–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information may be provided by email or SMS when available.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

BYMK is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
