Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective.
“All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.”
To request a return or refund:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof of damage, including photos of the item and packaging
- The item must remain unused and in its original condition
Returns:
- We do not accept returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or general wear
- Accessories, sale items, and personalized products are non-returnable
If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process and refund eligibility.
- The shipping fee for the returned items will be payed through the customer.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within several business days depending on your payment provider.
